ORDERING

Placing an order is easy: Click on HERE and a separate screen will open with a form for you to fill out. Just complete and send. You should hear from me within 72 hours to begin working with you to determine the exact specifications and design of your order so that I can provide you with a quote for services.

Customer Invalid Email Addresses and SPAM filters: If you have requested a quote, and do not hear from me within 72 hours, it may mean you have a SPAM filter that may be blocking me from contacting you or your email server may not be working properly.

Period of no response: If you place an order and I continually email you with no response month after month, but your email address appears to be valid, I will hold your order for up to six (6) months as a valid order. After six (6) months, I will consider your order "abandoned" and you will forfeit all payments you have made and your order will be cancelled.

Quotes: All order quotes are good for six (6) months. After that, prices may change without notice.

RUSH ORDERS

Simple items may only take a few days to complete, but more elaborate items may take several weeks, especially if fabric needs to be ordered. If you are in a rush, let me know as soon as possible. During the slow season, I may be able to do a rush order, but I can never guarantee it. There will be times when rush order fees will apply and you may be required to pay for overnight shipping.
