What does it cost to have something made?
Since everything is custom made for each client there is no way to state specific cost. Each request is treated individually based on design and fabric to be used.
Will you use fabric I already own?
Before I agree to use your fabric, you MUST send me swatches and the exact yardage you have. I will then decide if the fabric is suitable for the project. Although I take every precaution to take care of any fabric sent to me, I cannot assume liability.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, I work from my home. However, if you live in the Fayetteville, Tennessee area, I am more than happy for you to come have an in-person fitting. Contact me and I will see what I can do.
I have this sketch, photo, link, portrait, idea - can you make a copy?
Send me links to portraits, your sketches, pictures from magazines - as long as you can provide me with clean images, I will do my best to make an accurate reproduction.
Do you have a phone number so I can call you?

I want to order several items, will I receive a discount?If you are ordering a large quantity of one item (pants, chemises, etc…) we can discuss a discount at that time.
What if I get the garment and it doesn't fit?
I guarantee your order will be made to the specifications agreed to by you and Isle of Rose Creations. If an item requires alteration or replacement because I was provided with inaccurate measurements, there will be an additional fee. If I make a mistake, I will fix it, or in the case of gross misrepresentation where the item is flawed beyond repair, I will replace it or provide you with a refund.
What if I get my order decide I don't like the color and/or style?
You need to make sure you are completely satisfied with the color and style of your project before I begin work. I cannot accept a return on custom-made items simply because you've changed your mind. After all, I am making this just for you and it will be very difficult to sell it elsewhere. Few people have exactly the same measurements, color preferences and design choices.
